How much is managed text support?
Managed two-way text support is $500/month additional to your plan, with coverage Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time. Conversation volume and messaging charges are confirmed in your quote. This is a separate add-on to managed marketing services.
Do I pay to open an account?
Yes. You pay for the email plan before setup starts. Three months up front waives the $500 setup fee. Texts are optional on that same checkout.
When can I send?
If your domain already passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, the first campaign can go the next day after a short account review. If the domain needs warmup, warmup is included. There is no separate warmup fee.
What does paying three months up front do?
The $500 setup fee is waived. Standard is $900, Growth is $1,800, and Pro is $3,000 for those three months.
How do texts work?
One SMS is one credit. A picture or GIF is three credits. The list rate is 18¢. A new account that wants texts starts at $50 for 277 credits. Larger packs are on the same checkout: 500 credits for $90, 1,000 for $160 at 16¢, 5,000 for $700 at 14¢, and 10,000 for $1,200 at 12¢. Credits stay until you use them. There is no monthly texting fee.
Do I pay for the people on my list?
You pay for the emails you send and the text credits you buy. Keeping a contact costs nothing.
Is there a contract?
Email plans are month to month. Three months paid up front waives setup and covers those months. Done-for-you work is scoped with us, usually for a few months at a time.
Can I bring a list from another tool?
Yes. Import contacts with their consent status. People who already unsubscribed stay unsubscribed, and bounces stay suppressed.
