1. Who you are paying

You buy the service from OneMoreSend ("OneMoreSend", "we"). We are the seller, and charges appear on your card or bank statement as OneMoreSend. Payments are processed by Stripe, and for some older plans by Whop. They handle your card or bank details directly and are certified to PCI DSS. We never see or store your full card number.

The service is sold to businesses only. Prices are in US dollars.

2. What you are charged

Before you pay, the checkout page or your written quote shows each of these that applies to you:

  • Setup fee. A one-time charge for onboarding: building your account, connecting your store, setting up sending domains, and preparing carrier registration. It is charged once, at signup. If you pay three months of the email plan in advance, the setup fee is waived.
  • Monthly plan. A fixed subscription for the platform, charged at signup and then automatically every month on the same date. Three months paid in advance covers those three months and waives the setup fee.
  • Text credits. Texts on the current public plans are prepaid credits. One SMS is one credit. One MMS, a picture or GIF, is three credits. Larger packs cost less per credit. Credits stay on the account until you use them. A written quote, or a plan you already pay, can set a different rate, including a per-segment rate billed as described in the SMS terms.
  • Email volume. Some plans charge for email volume above an included allowance, at the rates in your quote. Where rates are tiered, the rate is set by your total volume so far that calendar month.
  • Pass-through charges. Carrier and registry registration, vetting, and campaign fees, at cost, as described in the Terms of Service.

Taxes are added where the law requires and are shown before you pay. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.

3. Automatic renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically. By completing checkout you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide the monthly price every month, starting on the day you sign up, until you cancel. The checkout page states the amount charged today and the amount charged each month after.

If we change the price of your plan we will email the account owner at least thirty days before the new price applies, and you may cancel before then.

4. Usage billing

Credit packs are paid before you text. Each plain SMS uses one credit and each picture or GIF uses three. Our sending records decide how many credits a send used. Credits you have already used stay used.

Where a written quote bills by the segment instead of by credits, usage is billed in arrears. When a text campaign finishes we count the segments it sent and charge them to your payment method on file, and you receive an emailed invoice. Messages sent by automations on that kind of plan are billed at least monthly. You authorise these charges in advance when you sign up. A segment is up to 160 characters, or 70 when a text contains emoji or special characters. Longer texts are sent and charged as several segments. A per-segment campaign whose usage comes to less than fifty cents is not charged.

5. Failed payments

If a charge fails we email you and retry it. If it still has not been paid after the retries, we may pause sending until it is settled. Your contacts, content, and settings are kept while sending is paused. You can update your card at any time from Settings → Manage billing.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, without a fee, in either of these ways:

  • In the dashboard, open Settings → Manage billing and choose Cancel plan. This takes effect immediately in our billing system and you will see a confirmation.
  • Email hello@onemoresend.com from the account owner's address. We confirm cancellation by email within one business day.

Cancellation stops all future monthly charges. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Credits you already used stay used. On a per-segment plan, texts sent before you cancel are still billed. After the account closes you have thirty days to export your data before it is deleted.

7. Refunds

Setup fees pay for work that begins as soon as you sign up, and monthly fees pay for a period of service that has started, so they are not refundable once paid, including for a month you cancel partway through. A setup fee that was waived because you paid three months in advance was not charged. Credits already used, and per-segment charges for messages already sent, are not refundable.

We will refund in full:

  • a duplicate charge, or a charge made in error;
  • a charge made after you cancelled, for a period after your cancellation took effect;
  • the setup fee, if you cancel within three days of paying and before we have started onboarding work; and
  • usage charges for messages that our own fault caused to be sent twice or not sent at all.

To ask for a refund, email hello@onemoresend.com within sixty days of the charge with the date and amount. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

8. Questions and disputes about a charge

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at hello@onemoresend.com. Most questions are settled the same day, and a refund reaches you faster than a bank dispute. Your rights to dispute a charge with your card issuer are not affected, though the Terms of Service explain what happens if a valid charge is disputed.

9. When the service starts

Your login is available as soon as payment succeeds. Onboarding usually begins within one business day. If your sending domain already passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, email can start the next day after the account review. If the domain needs warmup, warmup is included with the plan and sending follows that warmup. Text messaging can start only after the mobile carriers approve your registration, which usually takes one to three weeks and is outside our control. A carrier delay or refusal is not grounds for a refund of fees for work already done, but you may cancel future months at any time.
